This system is not perfect, but it’s a lot better than most countries out there. So I’ll take this any day of the week over “shoot first, ask questions later” policies of other countries!

Do all US-States have Court Jury? I have heard that the State of Lousiana does not have a Jury. Lousiana is the only State in the USA that uses the Roman Law and not the Anglosaxon Law?

If I was ever on trial I would want a no matter the case bench trial because I would rather have my fate decided by a trained professional who knows what they are doing. Not by 12 random people off the street who have no training and have no Idea how the law and legal proceedings work.
