Seen a lot of Esther as a 'celebrity'. Obviously great personality and beautiful. This, for me, showcased her cooking and just wow. Such creative and interesting dishes! Especially the fried rice. I will try this with.. less expensive crab! Cheers Esther! So impressed!... I keep coming back to the Ramen though... that stock looks so intense. I have to try that too!!

Every time I see one of these types of vids I wish I were rich enough to eat king crab for dinner. If the crab is $500, a pro chef like Esther Choi preparing it for you mean each of those meals is probably $500 on top of that, so all together that is probably $2000 for you and your family to have such a luxury dinner. My mortgage payment is $2000. 🙂
