Yes, all streamers raid. It is a feature that makes Twitch what it is. So a streamer raiding isn't anything special.

But what the members of the Dream SMP did was to agree to not stream if one of them is doing lore or if someone planned to do an important stream. Since they all have the same viewers they would be stealing from each other and that's why they planned it.
