No, she wasn't Greek. She was from Ptolemaic dynasty, established around 250 years before she was born by a Greek Macedon general. The dynasty also spoke Greek (she's the first one who also spoke Egyptian). But in 250 years since the founder, surely there were Egyptian ancestors. It's wrong to call her Greek, she'd never even been to Greece.
