I'm torn between this or becoming an insurance agent. My life had an abrupt health scare. Now, I must change my lifestyle. I'd like to do either of the jobs I mentioned. You know what scares me about starting over? Obviously, failing, but not because I can't do the job or don't I believe in myself, but because I won't land in a place with the right leadership, process, and opportunity. When you said you're looking to hire the right people, so you can pour everything into them, it was convincing. I'm looking for that. I'm hungry, and my life and families well-being depends on it.
