How did it not occur to the cops to pat the suspect down for _concealed_ weapons? Isn't that one of the most _rudimentary_ duties of arresting officers? The officers followed this lapse in judgment with _another_ during a struggle in the back seat of the car, where the handcuffed suspect again posed a "threat" to the officers. Surely there are _non-lethal_ ways to restrain an unruly suspect with his _hands cuffed_ behind his back.🤷🏾‍♂
