Hints:
1 Most of the mask are obtainable during the night time (19:00 - 5:00)
You can check what time is it right now by pressing ESC and then in F (Photo Mode) there is a time in the right part of the screen
2 Most hunters are kinda hard, so level up to 30 level first and then get some gear. You can kill it on 375-400 but it will be kinda much harder.
3 Here is a list of solved masks:
4 If you haven't got the mask or Ivory key, you can try to ask someone to join their instance of the world and get the mask there.

Thanks for the info, it all worked great for me but he can spawn during the day as well. You just need the intro to hunters side quest finished first

Thanks ! Worked great ! I thought it didn’t work on my first try, maybe I didn’t hit the target precisely enough, , but I keep trying, ,, on my 3rd or 4th try the hunter came out . Definitely gave me a little scare 😂

Seriously?! 3 fucking nades and he dies for you? I've been DESTROYING this same guy and he refuses to go down. All drones I use he just takes over and they help HIM lol.

Jeez! This game is so fucking anal! I've spent an hour researching how to get the hunter killer named chest piece. Finds out you've got to collect all the hunter masks and on the first one he won't spawn. So now I've got to do more research. Man! So fucking dumb how this game isn't linear! Bullshit!

I've fucking riddled the targets OVER. AND OVER. AND OVER. And he wont fucking spawn! This is such bs why am i always targeted by fucking game bugs
Edit: fucking finally! Ar's dont work only the snipers are triggering it still a fucking difficult fight even though i'm like world tier 2-3 i'm probably going to spend all night doing it
