If you look at Lebron's numbers from that Finals, they don't tell the full story. It was completely bizarre to see this guy at the peak of his game when he was usually SO active and flying around the court... to watch him look completely disinterested and detached. It was another situation where he went from the chosen one to the frozen one. But this was on the biggest stage possible and it was an extremely stark contrast. Dirk was known as a guy who couldn't get it done when it mattered, but he came out and looked unstoppable in that series. Meanwhile, Lebron was getting outplayed by Jason Terry. I'll never forget the uncomfortable feeling of watching Lebron look so flat during that series, it was a shock.

A million reasons Lebron didn’t play well those past 3 games in that finals but no one will ever give credit to Dallas making major adjustments by taking away his best strengths at that time and making him a uncomfortable shooter!! Lebron had no clue what to do against the defense they set up!!
