Mortgage rates spike again - Fed to raise rates

After 3 straight days of rates getting better, today we got the HAMMER in the form of a major spike in rates by almost .5% in FHA/VA and interestingly, Conventional hasn't moved much this whole time. Didn't get the dip or the spike, has remained steady. Rate lock strategy is more important now than ever! Hope this helps
