I managed to do 18'47"529 on Supersport from start off, fell off twice! I was proper pushing it 😂 this game is soo enjoyable and the speed is addictive!! Loving It!!

This is 9 out of 10 game in my view. It's so addictive and the sense of shit your pants scary is translated even if it is just a game. The graphics and their replication of the tt course is superb and they need all the credit for that. Playing it in first person is the way to play though.

For me to understand this game and its physics model you have to ride "helmet" cam so that you see only the road ahead of you (no "jerky" rider animation or overreactive "cockpit" movements to disorientate you..) with zero assists. No assists whatsoever. Then for me it all makes sense. Simple as that. Yes the game needs work, including a rework of rider animations and the cockpit view, some suspension and weight transfer effects etc. but at its core is a great IOM TT racing game. The intimidating speed under the trees speaks to me.. So does the handling experience on "helmet" cam. I was very worried about the physics in this game.. I was wrong to be worried. If you are ham-fisted on the brakes you will fall off. Delicately and gently does it with those brakes. If you jam them on you will fall off.. In that respect RIDE 2 is way too forgiving on Pro Physics..So is motogp17.

Great IOM TT racing game.

Needs work.. BUT Congratulations to Kylotonn for the "core" handling and IOM TT racing experience in this game. A brilliant 1st m/c racing game from Kylotonn! I am very pleasantly surprised. ;)

The physics are okay until there’s any loss of grip, then they’re atrocious. It really seems as though they’ve taken a car’s physics model and slightly changed it for this game.

The tyre physics simply just don’t exist. You’ve either got grip or you don’t. You can’t push the rear at all by giving it the beans out of a corner and have the rear squirm and slide. The front wheel locks up like a car’s too. When breaking in a straight line the bike will often shoot left or right for no reason, it’s basically a shopping trolley. There’s no wobble or snaking it just drifts like a car.

The graphics are great, the sound is pretty good apart from the occasional shifting bug, and when the bike has grip the physics are usable but any braking or loss of grip and the game shits it’s pants, and racing a bike is all pushing the limits of the grip available.

In Ride 2 or MotoGP17 you can brake hard and get the rear up and bouncing, you can trail brake and lose the front if you’re not careful and you can get the rear sliding out of a corner if you push it. These are fundamental elements of racing a bike that should have been in this game but they’re not, and it’s much worse off because of it.

It actually makes this game harder in a sense because things that should happen don’t and things that shouldn’t happen do. Still enjoying it though but it’s hard to not get frustrated at how much better it could’ve been with some effort put into the physics.

It’s nothing to do with the sim/arcade debate it’s just that these are bad physics no matter what category they’re in.

It makes you wonder what they did with the 3 month delay they said was to work on the physics.

I have a bike and I love this game but start on the 600cc and  master it before even thinking of 1000cc because it gets a lot harder. They have done an amazing job on the track and the sense of speed is incredible.

For me the handling is excellent, but a slight loss of grip seems to equal a crash which I don't like. I'm very smooth on controller as well. It's a terrific recreation of the track however!

Got in the top 20 leader board, Came off twice. I did comment a few days ago saying this was a s**t game, I retract that comment and will say that with a few tweaks I really like it now. And that's NOT sticking to the speed limit 😁🤘

Great vids been watching them before the game was released yesterday! I do itend on getting this for PC what's it like compared to console obviously PC is 60fps.

Why is it that some of you can't have fun with a driving game unless the bike/car is uncontrolable, and you crash 20 times a lap?. Just play games for some fun guys, honestly.

There's a special day one edition on the xbox store with add-on "King of the Mountain". Has anyone bought that edition/played it? If so, does it offer more bikes than just the Fireblade?

Just got it... first person might as well be unusable because the look to apex is so overkill you can’t accurately point the bike anywhere. Coming from Ride 2’s helmet cam this feels like a game made 15 years ago. Also way too much grip at low speed and it’s SUDDEN. Can hardly anticipate it. With some updates it could be good, but I don’t know how anyone who has ever ridden a bike put this through quality control.

The bike is WAY too rigid. No twitching under acceleration. I don’t expect it to be a simulation but this is just sloppy work. They have some fantastic visuals wrapped in absolute archaic physics model.

The neutral at the bottom of the gearbox is a stupid idea why didnt they do it like ride 2 so you can only get neutral when the bike is stationary.

I'm sure it's great to play, but the rider looks like he must weigh about 6 stone, as he's really moving his whole body to get the bike to budge just a little.

Dumb question: When it says XBOX One X enhanced, does that just mean that it's optimization for 4K, or are there other graphic improvements?
