I suffered for 20 years after I served in the Army, the VA gave me pills, creams and steroids but nothing worked.
One day I read an article from a lady that plums will help you. I started to eat dried plums everyday like snacks in a few months they gradually disappeared. I have 13 years with 98% pain free and without hemorroids.😊😊😊😊😊

Hey guys I don’t know if this will help anyone but hopefully it will. Here is what helped me cure my Grade 2 hemmorhoid. All I did was eat soup, drink all of the soups juice (very important for nutrients), and after each meal I would eat one packet of oatmeal. I would also eat 1-2 bananas every day, don’t eat too many bananas or your stool will be a lot more soft than you need it to be and it may upset your stomach. I also did not sit AT ALL even when eating. The most important thing for me was to not sit down no matter what unless necessary like driving of course. I highly recommend Campbells chicken noodle soup, Vegetable beef soup, and Beef with country vegetables. They are all made by Campbell. I also would eat one bowl of cereal in the morning with almond milk. NO DAIRY until you feel better. Lastly I drank lots and lots of water and tried to spend the least amount of time possible on the toilet when passing a stool. Laying down is okay, walking and just doing general exercise is very helpful, just don’t sit down no matter what until its fully healed. I really hope this information will help some people, good luck and always remember to stay positive, staying positive is crucial and extremely important to getting better so never give up and just be positive because it will help your body.

RECAP:

- Soups, & Oatmeal
- Cereal & Bananas
- High Fiber Intake
- High Water Intake
- NO SITTING
- Exercise (Don’t overdo it)

I suffered with an external hemorrhoid for sevearal years. It would push out during a bowel movement. I would wet my finger and push it back up past the sphincter muscle and that would take the pain away. I finally took a picture of it and show my gastroenterologist. He scheduled surgery 2 weeks later. That took care of my pain in the ass. I don't remember having that much pain afterwards. I was just happy to have it gone. You don't have to live with it!

As a Medical Practitioner myself, here's a question I've asked numerous Gastroenterologist friends and colleagues that none have been able to adequately answer: We are told that we must wash our hands for at least twenty seconds after a bowel movement and wiping our bottoms in order to ensure that we do not transmit E Coli and other harmful microbes contained in the feces back into our system through the oral cavity. This, we know, can potentially make us very ill. Yet, every time that we have a bowel movement with hemorrhoids which are bleeding, we put the exiting fecal matter in direct contact with broken blood vessels and, thus, a direct entry point into the systemic bloodstream for these microbes. So why aren't people with bleeding hemorrhoids in a constant state of sepsis?

Also very important: avoid pushing much. This can not only worsen existing hemorrhoids, but also cause them in the first place.

Very strange that they didn't say that Hemorrhoids cause ITCHING and BURNING, just like the Preparation H commercial says. It's not always painful, just aggravating.

My husband and his entire family would talk about their hems every time they got together, often. He is 63 now. So, bothered by hems for his adult life until 2018. We changed our diet to a low carb, higher healthy fat, no wheat, normal protein lifestyle. It made all the difference. He hasn’t had hems or flare ups for 5 years. His mother died of colon cancer. It was difficult giving up bread and pasta for an Italian, but we found out he has a gluten sensitivity and 2 celiac genes. Our daughter also has a gluten sensitivity. When you find out what hurts you, it’s not so hard to give it up.

After I gave birth caused me so much discomfort down there for years! I finally got the surgery, best decision of my life! The healing was so hard and painful, words can’t describe, but all worth it! Took several months to heal, make sure to have a bath tub to soak.

*I've had external hemorrhoids for as long as I can remember. They come out every bowel movement. I remember the day I learned that it wasn't normal which was when I was 7 or 8 and told my dad that the thing that comes out when you poop isn't going back in. It didn't become a real problem until I reached my early teens and got interested in weight lifting. One day it inflamed, I was in pain for two weeks. Every since then, I've had a flair up almost every year that immobilize me for a week, it usually happens during the winter. Of course I've been to the doctor plenty of times, unfortunately it's too bad to do anything else but get surgery, the best they can do is give me medicine. So I've given up on seeing doctors about it, besides having it so long I've noticed some things that lessens the chances of inflamming it. Drinking lots of water (especially before sleep), eating fruits and vegetables (mostly fruits), exercising at least weekly, listening to your body, and being mindful about meat, alcohol, and processed food consumption. It's seems keeping the body more then well hydrated, doing things to improve blood flow and lighten the load off your digestive system really makes the difference. It's also a good practice to write down what you ate and write down how you feel throughout the day, especially if **_"listening to your body"_** sounds alien to you. You'll eventually develop a sensitivity to what goes into your body that will serve you.*

I had one thrombosis several days after having a colonoscopy, extremely painful. As i was waking up from my colonoscopy the doctor was talking to my wife about seeing a specialist from what he saw before the thrombosis. My wife called and made an appointment immediately which was 4 weeks out. When the thrombosis happened i called the specialist and they worked me in withen 2 days, i was in extreme pain for those 2 days to say the least. Approximately 1 hour after getting to specialist i was in surgery and let me tell you what a relief it was. I didn't think recovery was bad. Yes, i about yanked the door off the hinges on the first poop, but it got better from there. I did have a great surgeon and followed his instructions post surgery. I'm glad i had the surgery and wouldn't hesitate doing it again. The pain from the roid was far worse.

Everyone’s pain tolerance is different. I tried to manage for YEARS, changed diet etc. Had no choice but to schedule surgery. Recovery wasn’t as bad as some suggest. Down maybe 2 weeks but afterwards I was feeling like brand new. Surgery is scary however this was the best move for me and I have no regrets whatsoever.

"Witch Hazel" Don't know if this was answered already. "Hamamelis" is a deciduous shrub grown in New England where Native Americans cut the twigs and applied the sap to various injuries. In 1846 Dr. Charles Hawes started distilling the twigs which he sold as "Hawes Extract" in Essex Connecticut. In 1866 Thomas Dickinson refined the process even more and began selling Witch Hazel from several locations throughout the country. Today it's sold across the world by many companies.

The humor puts people at ease, and as a result, causes them to be much more receptive to the information.

Witch Hazel is a plant, and the Witch Hazel extract that you are talking about is an alcohol extraction of that plant. The plant contains a lot of tannins, which are what acts as the astringent.

I took my haemorrhoids under control by two things: 1) ONIONS and 2)WARM WATER WASH DURİNG DEFECATION.
I eat a medium/big size cooked onion every day. It is part of my breakfast. I sauté onions and crack two eggs on that. This is my breakfast. I never get constipated anymore.
I wash down there with warm water while I'm on the toilet. I use water as hot as I can bear.
My haemorrhoids are gone 100%

High fiber diet (fiber pills recommended), don’t stay on the toilet for more than 5 minutes at a time, don’t force a bowel movement, & don’t wipe aggressively. I recommend a bidet.

I watched the previous video concerning hemorrhoids and took the advice about eating the bran buds - it didn't solve the problem completely but made a big difference. Was so thankful that I stumbled upon that video by chance.
