Thank you for the your detailed explanarions, they are great! During the calibration of an instrument in chemistry, "y" regard the signal of an instrument and "x" is the observed concentration. The result of and analysis "x0" requires a confidence interval and predictors, but for "x". Would you recommend me a book or paper about the equations (even better if you can explain / demostrate it in a video, which I will appreciate so much).
