I live in Victoria, Australia and that is not a law. We fly kites at the beach or near our house but we don’t tend to do it that much. However, it is a hobby to do when you have a bunch free time yet nothing to do. But the government does not really care about the kites so I doubt it will change soon.

Im a singaporean n im here to clarify why its illegal to chew gum im singapore.
1.many ppl put it under the seats of the bus n it takes a lot of money time n effort to clean it.
2.once there was an incident where someone stick the gum in between the mrt(smt like a train) doors n the doors couldn't open therefore creating traffic n interfering with the whole process making the mrt's to brake down.
Now do u still think its a weird law after hearing this?

Being a Singaporean, it's illegal because of how people dispose it . U all should know that some people just stick it randomly and it's very hard to remove . That's why it's illegal
