God is Liefde / God Is Love S4 E5

1 Johannes 4:7
Ons is lewende getuies van wat Christus vir hierdie wêreld gedoen het. Ons behoort positief te wees, vol liefde, stel die ander persoon bokant jouself. Ons behoort die ekstra myl te loop, die ander wang te draai... Ons is sondaars wat deur genade gered is. Jesus het in ons harte kom woon en ons dankbaarheid teenoor God straal uit elke sel van ons liggame – ander mense kan dit aanvoel. Dit is wat die verlorenes na Jesus toe sal lei – die liefde van Jesus wat hulle in jou lewe ervaar.

1 John 4:7
We are living testimonies of what Christ has done for this world. We should be positive, full of love, we should place the other person before ourselves. We should go the extra mile, turn the other cheek... We are sinners saved by grace. Jesus has come to live in our hearts and the love and the gratitude to God for His love is coming out of the very pores of our skin - people can feel it. Some people are deceived and some are on the wrong road and the only way they will be brought to Jesus, is by the love of Jesus that they see in your life.

Uncle Angus, truly you are the servant of God. I want to know since you mentioned that we should love all people because God is love and He made all people, what must we do about friends who continually hurt us even after talking to them
about their behaviour ? Do we stay away from them/cut them off from our lives though we love them?
