Procedure:
Patient is supine. Patient's shoulder positioned in 90 degrees forward flexion and relaxed into internal rotation with elbow in 90 degrees flexion. Examiner grasps the elbow with one hand while the other hand is behind the shoulder across the posterior humerus. A posteriorly directed axial load is applied through the humerus while the humerus is adducted across the body

Positive Sign: A "jerk" sensation occurs when the humeral head subluxes over the posterior labrum and the back of the glenoid fossa. A similar "jerk" can be felt when the humeral head relocates itself back into the glenoid fossa

Indications: Recurrent posterior instability

Note: i forgot to horizontally adduct. Remember to horizontally adduct for this test!
