Her brilliant mind and burning passion for the topic bring the audience valuable lessons about navigating this prominent issue in the business environment today.

My brother, thank you for your effort, I hope we will get the reward of our effort, I hope God will not let anyone's work go to waste.

As an "activist" worker, I approve of most of this, especially #2.
Also, let your workers unionize.

For
the first time in American history a president, governors, mayors,
hospital administrators and federal bureaucrats are determining medical
treatments based not on accurate scientifically based or even experience
based information, but rather to force the acceptance of special forms
of care and “prevention”—including remdesivir, use of respirators and
ultimately a series of essentially untested messenger RNA vaccines. For
the first time in history medical treatment, protocols are not being
formulated based on the experience of the physicians treating the
largest number of patients successfully, but rather individuals and
bureaucracies that have never treated a single patient—including Anthony
Fauci, Bill Gates, EcoHealth Alliance, the CDC, WHO, state public
health officers and hospital administrators.

Despite the economic downturn, I'm so happy☺️. I have been earning $ 60, 000 returns from my $7, 000 investment every 13days.

Don’t care for the company you work for more than the owner of the company does. Instead take that energy and effort and start your own company. Because if you do 9 out of 10 you will be disappointed.

It's "dos and don'ts". Not "do's and don'ts". Plural s is without apostrophe.

How about they focus on creating products or services instead of pandering to entitled narcissists?
Tired of this bs and have started boycotting brands that go too far

Wonder at what point activists will realize that they are-in fact-the conformists. They are more concerned with endorsement of climate change theory, so-called gender and racial equality and more partisan ideas inside corporate life than promoting actual innovation and financial productivity. These people are busy inventing titles for themselves—even entire departments—while exaggerating the significance of issues that mostly belong outside the workplace. Virtually any argument that this speaker makes, you are vastly better off following the opposite perspective; she is clearly just seeking favoritism for pet causes. Your own views belong in your pocket, and don’t warrant scrutiny by your peers—unless you choose to share them.

How about these people keep their political opinions out of the workplace, else we'll have to create a split economy with different businesses favouring opposing political opinions. Businesses should focus on business.
Woke businesses foolishly donated $millions to BLM, their money has been squandered by the BLM leadership on private mansions. That money could have been used to reward productive employees and reduce the pay gap between workers and management.
