The Three Fundamental Energies That Make Up Everything!

The three fundamental energies that make up everything in the universe are: Sattva, Ragas, and Tamas! Three Gunas whose interrelation and manifestation make up things as subtle as thought and the fabric of reality to material and the vastest forces that move the multiverse Itself, are basic yet inherent! Subtle yet gross. Truth yet falsehood! Let’s dive into these Gunas and understand them from a human perspective!

Interesting that those make up the whole universe.. I am a Tamas person but I go through phases.. going at my slow pace. It even takes me a few days to listen to these youtube videos 😅

Saatvik food is prescribed for those who are in spiritual path because food has a direct impact on the nature of the thoughts we entertain.
To sumaarize:
Saatvik people choose thesze professions
Teachers, engineers, doctors etc

Rajasic: Politicians, Army military, police men

Tamasic
Those who do all the hardwork that's laborious

A person of tamasic nature should keep doing his work, and karma cleanses a person and they become Rajasic in nature when through karma (work they take up)
Rajasic persons when they take up lot of charity work it will help them evolve into people with satvik nature.

There is one whole chapter in Bhagawad Gita that talks about the three gunas.
God is beyond the three Gunas.

I am definitely mostly Tamas, and then Rajas. And I have a hard time reaching out, so I have few friends - and I live with my parents. Currently not doing anything, just waiting for my massage education to start. But it kinda makes me sad, that there is a bias against laziness, as some people just have more thinking and less doing energy. I am a 954 in the Enneagram, and tend to withdraw from things...

Don't worry. One more festival is coming! There are multiple festivals every single day of the year.

This is exactly the essence of Hinduism, all inclusive .. That is why it has withstood the test of time inspite of repeated onslaught both from within and outside, and assimilated every good aspects from everything . That is why it is eternal !!!
