How fast can 100 electric inflators fill a tire?

you should connect all the pumps directly to the tire, using as much valve stems as possible, to eliminate the single valve bottleneck :D

I've got some imrovements you can make to this system -

Add a second outlet to the rail into the tyre, and a 3rd valve to the tyre for measuring the pressure, this is to minimise the bottleneck of having all pumps share one pipe into the tyre

For power, put all of your batteries in parallel and have the starter connected to them to keep them charged up during the test, this ensure that all pumps will get sufficient power.

You can also make some bus bars for the power, a length of 1" bar for positive and negative and fix the wires to it, that way you can connect all of the pumps at once using a jump lead to the bus bar :)

It's also extremely redundant. You can have 90 of those pumps fail and still use it.
