In this video, I take you through my Trading 212 portfolio and show how it stands as of the end of August 2023. I have made a lot of purchases this month, including one completely new stock: Scottish Mortgage Investment Trust.

There have been a lot of ex-dividend dates in August and I am expecting to receive my first dividend payments next month.

Great video, just curious why you don't factor your workplace pension into your overall portfolio? You will likely be able to allocate that to index funds too.

Nothing wrong with individual stocks alongside a few differing ETFs. Well it's what I do.

Good call on adding Scottish, I started a position a few months ago and added some shares last week as it’s still a value price. If the growth stocks they own recover well next year this Scottish should do well.
