Millfield Metro Stations Signal Fails and the Driver is granted permission to SPAD the signal (Signal Passed at Danger)

The SPAD (Signal Passed at Danger) Procedure is:
Blow the Horn Before moving.
Proceed to the next station at 15 kmh and wait for Instructions from Metro Control,

this area is controlled by Network rail so it will be them giving permission rather than metros control. but anyway nice video
