I love Timothy olyphant, and as awesome as he is in serious roles, his comedic talent is soooo underutilized. I first fell in love with him as an actor while watching him in "Girl Next Door". He was one hundred percent my favorite part of the whole movie. Ever since then I've loved pretty much every role he's taken, but every time I see him I hope it's going to be one of the rare funny ones.

I worked at a sushi restaurant for a while, and it was all Mexican dudes back there rolling sushi. I’d laugh so hard when people would bow to the sushi chefs over the sushi bar on their way out.

Amazingly, you CAN be white and a sushi chef. By the way, sushi means 'vinegared rice' and NOT 'raw fish' as most believe.

Honestly this made me kind of upset as a mexican chef born & raised I've met plenty white line cooks that make better Mexican food than Paisanos. Its all about passion and humility as a foundation.
