Don't care about live action adaptations of japanese ip's but really like Oda making sure the adaptation lives up to his vision of what a live adaptation should be. Super Mario Bros 2019 movie was extremely successful because it was fun and catered to the fans.

I'm surprised fans of the manga/anime think this will actually be good. Oda isn't exactly an expert on live action, so I'm not sure how his involvement will generate success. One Piece is even harder to adapt than stuff like Death Note and Cowboy Bebop
