Carrozzeria Touring Superleggera is an Italian automotive design and coachbuilding company with a rich history dating back to the early 20th century.

Founded in 1926 by Felice Bianchi Anderloni and Gaetano Ponzoni, Carrozzeria Touring Superleggera quickly gained recognition for its innovative approach to automobile design and construction. One of their most famous innovations was the "Superleggera" construction method, which used lightweight alloy panels wrapped around a tubular frame to create a rigid yet lightweight structure.

During the mid-20th century, Carrozzeria Touring Superleggera collaborated with several prestigious automakers, including Alfa Romeo, Maserati, and Aston Martin, to create some of the most iconic and beautiful car designs in history. Notable models include the Alfa Romeo 8C 2900, the Maserati 3500 GT, and the Aston Martin DB4.

The company faced financial difficulties in the 1960s and underwent several ownership changes. It ceased operations in the 1960s but was revived in the early 2000s under new ownership. Since its revival, Carrozzeria Touring Superleggera has continued to create limited-production, custom-designed vehicles based on various high-performance platforms, including the Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione and the Maserati GranTurismo.

Today, Carrozzeria Touring Superleggera remains synonymous with Italian automotive craftsmanship, elegance, and innovation, carrying forward its legacy of creating bespoke and stunning automobiles.
