Thanks for the video. I just bought a 2 year Surfshark subscription and flashed my R7000 router to DD-WRT and followed this tutorial. Everything worked. However, my 1 GB symmetrical fiber optic connection dipped all the way down to 50 MB speed! When using the Surfshark Windows app alone, I'm still well over 750 mb speeds. For now, I just removed the router-level VPN configuration and went back to the Surfshark desktop app.

If it doesn't work, please add one hyphen to the BEGIN and END of the TLS Key and CA Cert. It has to be 5 hyphens (the text in the description only has 4)

Surfshark please make Wireguard config available for DD-WRT or OpenWRT routers!
It should not be that hard to implement, and it's all that's missing for your service to be complete.
The day you fix this is the day you no longer will have any competition.

Up-Date: cant access the VPN option if in bridge mode, I'm using a Asus RT-AC68U, repeater mode not tried with this model but if flashed with Asuswrt, do you feel it may work. I read somewhere it it possible to have dedicated repeater with VPN just cant find a tut or documentation detailing how its done.
