Mambhazham Vilayicha Ada is an authentic mango recipe which is also known as mango pan cake. This sweet mango recipe made from mango, coconut, milk, ghee, sugar and aromatic cardamom powder. This pan cake is rich in flavour and good breakfast.
INGREDIENTS :
Maida - 1cup
Milk -1/4cup
Mango pulp -1/2 cup
Cardamom -1tsp
Sugar -3tsp
Salt -1pinch
Egg -1
Oil -1/4cup
Water -1/2cup
For filling:
Ghee -2tsp
Mango slices -1 cup
Sugar - 2tsp
Coconut grated -1cup
Cardamom powder -1tsp
Method :
1.In a bowl mix all the ingredients together and the batter is set aside.
2.Heat a pan add ghee and mango sauté for
3 minutes.
3.Add coconut and cardamom, sauté until thick paste.
4.Heat a pan sprinkle water and pour the batter.
5.Cook 1 minute both sides and fill the mixture.
MAMBHAZHAM ADA IS READY. SERVE HOT😋
