i always used supressed smg, I take a supressed over any smg even before world cup (when most players started doing so) it was and still will be a beam weapon since it has better recoil

Honestly supressed smg cause even after firing ur shotgun you can spray on height.

Since both of them got nerfed, I always try to avoid them and use a blue pistol. Even the blue AR has a higher DPS than both of the smgs, which doesn't make any sense.

So in short suppressed smg is better because it fires in a straight line of bullets

I feel like the suppressed SMG is way better given what you can so with it at longer ranges. If your only using it for a shotgun swap, then the unsupressed is for you, though what people don't tell you is that with the suppressed SMG, you get FSA, a tighter spread, low sound profile at distances, and can tag people and even builds in the distance if you just want to annoy someone and poke at their shields or destroy their builds. I feel like the speed reduction is justified in exchange for what the unsupressed variant can't do in its stead.
