I think A = Fractal and B = Plugin Alliance

the difference is huuuge!!! "A" is focused and has great transients and body! "B" sounds like a typical plugin - muffed and blurred with no transients and focus...
PS. For those who like "B" more. You can easily make "A" sound like "B"

Sample A has more bass/body that's what I would prefer playing alone. In a band mix the difference would be neglectable imho.

The tone between the two is quite different. A is more scooped while B has a midrange honkiness to it that I really dislike. Much, much prefer A.
