30×50 for self and rent purpose house plans

Please show a plan with below requirements on a 30x50 plot. 30 feet side is facing road

Ground Floor:
Car Parking
2 Bedrooms with attached bathroom
1 Hall
1 Kitchen
1 Dinning
1 Storeroom
1 Common bathroom
1 Utility area where I can keep my washing machine and also have place to dry my clothes

Note:
1. We should have at least 1.5 feet setback on both sides of the plot
2. If Storeroom is not possible in Ground Floor, then include it on 1st Floor

First Floor:
4 Bedrooms with attached bathroom
1 Small Hall
1 Kitchen/Pantry

Terrace:
14x12 feet swimming pool on terrace
10x10 room with attached bathroom

In a residential RCC building (G+2)  can I have Columns only along the breath  and none in between(to maximize free span)? The dimentions of all the floors are length 65feet and breath 50feet.

Every thing is good if provied back side or last in drawing if u provide some area open for cross ventilation than more good
