This might genuinely be the best car all around car Forza has added. Widebody, different styles of Forza aero, cool custom parts, the fitment is amazing, the advanced painting groups doesnt get rid of the cool stripe like it does for most cars and instead lets you color it, and it drives well??? Huge W and this car is absolutely beautiful, I'm obsessed now

I honestly love the VW SP2. SInce I was a kid, I always dreamed of having a SP2 because they are extremely cool. Nowadays, they are really expensive here in Brazil. If I had the money, I would 100% buy one of these things. Back in the day, VW had this weird obsession with the VW Beetle chassis so almost every air cooled of that era is based on the Beetle chassis. If you go down the rabbit hole, you will find things like the SP2, Beetle, Brasilia, Variant, Type 3, Karmann Ghia, Kombi and a bunch of other cars that used the same engine or even chassis. I would love to see more VW's of this era being added in Forza. FH4 already has the Type 3 and the Karmann Ghia so I wouldn't be mad seeing they recycling these cars.

Even as someone in Canada, I’ve heard of this car. It is one of the most desirable Volkswagens ever made it may be just my personal opinion, aside from the G series like the G40 polo or the G60 golf and Corrado and Passat this car is up there on the list when it comes to collectable Volkswagen, so it’s almost impossible to miss as a car enthusiast

I first learned about the SP2 when Hot Wheels made a diecast version of the car, alongside other Brazilian market vehicles like the Brazilia and Brazilian Charger.

The prettiest VW ever. Here in Brazil, obviously, it's an icon in car meets. Fun fact, maybe. It's been exported to collectors all over the world. Other large exported car is the Brasilia.

I saw 2 for sale at a restoration shop 5 years ago in Montreal. That shop is specialize on German classic especially on VW . They 50k each but damn those car are nice

I saw some going for 20k here in Brazil. It's definitely up with the best cars produced here. Now they just need to add the Chevrolet Opala and let us build 700hp out of a straight 6 engine!

I always thought they got rid of cool paint colors because of costs, as it turns out it's mostly because it's a pain to match colors on metal and plastic and they tend to fade differently over the life of the car.
