Ramaphosa's speech was more a State of the Nation Address (my first time watching an ANC address) and I must give credit to the honest assessment of the state that is SA's failures under the ANC, which he acknowledged. Question is: Can the ANC change course and finally deliver the dream that has long been deferred (veered off course under Zuma)?
