the issue is you clicked on the wrong link, you would want to go to the left side and click downloads. from there you select the version of cheat engine you want. What you did is the same as clicking an ad on a random side... so ofc your gonna get something sketchy.

Hes hitting the wrong download windows and any kind of browser especially Chrome and any anti virus like Avria will go off its safe just turn it all off and click the right download install and turn back on all your spy networks to make you feel safe
