Step 1) Restart Your PC

Step 4) Verify/Repair the game files
Step 5) Modify Installation
Step 6) Perform a clean installation of latest graphics driver
Step 7) AMD users try Adrenalin Edition Preview Driver for AFMF 2
Step 8) Run the game on the dedicated graphics card
Step 10) Uncheck compatibility from Steam and game exe file
Step 11) Run the game from the game installation folder, try running as an administrator, disable full screen optimizations
Step 12) When you launch the game, if you receive a prompt to launch in safe mode try it
Step 13) Allow the game exe file to your antivirus program and Windows Security
Step 14) Update Windows to the latest version
Step 17) Increase the Virtual Memory
View Advanced system settings
Initial Size: 1.5 x Total Ram
Maximum Size: 3 X Total Ram
Step 18) Update System BIOS
Step 19) Uninstall the game, go to the game installation folder and delete the game folder, restart your PC, and reinstall the game to C Drive/if already installed to C drive, then install the game to another SSD

By the way, if you have tried all these methods and they didnt work, consider loading optimised bios values ( factory reset bios) overclocking does cause this issue too. Especially any changes to the cpu cache speed. I spent 3 days trying to get it to work after 2 windows fresh installs i just reset the bios to default and it worked.
