Couldn't join but thought I'd add a comment with a question to see if there is a response. I perform my workouts at 5:30am and with just getting up the workouts a harder then they are later in the day but it is the only time I can workout. Should I continue to perform them at 100 percent of my numbers or reduce a little to compensate for the early start
