What I really love about this audio is that it is constant and seamless, in a lot of recordings like these, there is an obvious point after five minutes or so where the audio starts again, once that happens your brain starts to search for sounds you’ve heard before/recognize and it keeps you stimulated/awake- the beauty of this is it’s hard to identify when that happens and you can truly relax!

I'm about to come off of about 4 months working 12 hour nights, remote from home, and I live alone. Never felt so disconnected from pretty much everything.
