Q4 jiss kisi ko SLR nahi samajh aaya vo aise samjho: SLR vo paise ka hissa jisse bank ke pass hamesha apne pass liquid form mai rakhna hi hoga so that kabhi bhi koi bhi apne paise lene aaye toh bank ye naa bole ki rukiye ham abhi Sadhu Yadav se mangvaake dete hai. SLR fix nahi karenge toh bank toh saara paisa kaleen bhaiyya aur sadhu yadav ko de degi kyuki usme profit hai.

Aur CRR simple hai ki har bank ko uske pass receive huye paise ka ek hissa rakhna padta hai isse RBI sahab ko pata chalta rehta hai ki konsa bank achhe se chal raha hai aur kon jo hai sankat mai paise ke terms mai.

CRR roughly 4% ke aas pass ghumta hai aur SLR 18-20% ke aas pass ghumta rehta hai. RBI isse as a tool use karti hai inflation aur deflation situation ko control karne ke liye.
