My CAMERA SETTINGS for perfect exposure! Shutter speed, Aperture, ISO for Video

I’ve seen a lot of videos about basic camera settings and how they all effect your exposure, but I haven’t seen too much out there that covers what order to actually use these settings, and what they should be, to achieve the best results.

You have a 4th option when shooting in bright daylight and that is to double the frame rate, and double the shutter speed for the same amount of motion blur, reducing the amount of light. This is a pro tip I use one my drones instead of landing to change filter.

Agreed on all these! Exactly what i do as well. If I’m shooting at a high frame rate for slow motion I bump up the shutter speed if I need to, and it doesn’t effect the image too much

These are good all-round tips for the "exposure triangle". Big thing to remember is that having bokeh and a blurry background isn't everything (Denae & Andrew did a great video about that called "Bokeh is overrated"). It's just a way to isolate your foreground subject in some circumstances.

Also, I highly recommend Gobe filters. They're inexpensive, great quality, and the company plants trees for each one sold. I don't have any connection with them, but I do use them a lot.
