Siddiquie News: Kerala police have filed a rape case against actor Siddique after a young actor accused him of a 2016 assault. The complaint, raised in light of the Hema Committee report's findings on sexual abuse in the Malayalam film industry, led to Siddique’s resignation from his position in AMMA. Siddique has claimed the allegations are part of a criminal conspiracy. Additionally, police have registered a separate case against director Ranjith for alleged misconduct with another actor in 2009.
