Ready to party, indeed. I have purchased so much gear from 5.11 that I forget what I own. It would be a long list it may be a bit more expensive but it is worth it. They have an outlet store in Irvine California. If you get the opportunity to check it out, do so. You'll be happy that you did. I always stop in whenever I'm in the area.

I hate you all. My closet is chocked full of great 5.11 gear already, and y’all just keep coming up with more stuff I didn’t even know I needed. Now my Covert Boxpack can have the weekends off when I get a Lv10.

Can it hold an MP5K with a folded or collapsible stock?

hmmm... no, this doesn't beat the extreme rapid access provided by the Vertex Transit sling or the commuter sling, on those, with the single pull of a tab, you both bring the bag to be in front of your chest AND open the compartment for drawing the gun and having ample access to the mags, plus! once opened, the entirety of the bags perimeter is an armor shield if you throw in a bullet proof plate, which almost all the reputable armor plates manufacturer a plate compatible with these slings bags from vertx.
