I’m glad people are bringing light to this. This isn’t acceptable or good for any brand to even suggest or demand. We need to be able to do clear unbiased reviews and compare devices when appropriate. Comparing devices is what sells devices alot of times because people like me specificly want to see comparisons.

Was just on the Pixel website the other day; seven years of updates is very inticing. It's a shame Google doesn't have enough faith in their product to have it seen along side its competition. What are they trying to hide? :-/

someone should probably reach out to the lawyers who are being involved in the breakup of google just to make sure they can add all of google's likely illegal marketing to the newest part of the lawsuit!

Google official response is that this is a separate program from the tech review program.
This program was more focused at influencers and brand ambassadors and not reviewers
