I remember their 1st US show at the Paradise Theater in Boston in 1980 with Mission of Burma as the opening act. I've been a fan since and I'm still unravelling their mystical lyrics! Shout out to John Ashton who has little mention in this video but deserves it as their formidable guitarist for the whole original run. John recently recovered from cancer. Send him your love!

I recently ran across a YT 'vid' of John Peel playing their demo tape. It's labeled as a "Peel Session",
The Psychedelic Furs - Peel Session 1979; however I think it's demo tape and studio session.
Definitely worth a listen. The first cut is "Fall" - super raw and absolute ripper.
