In this video we look at the four primary material types of automotive electrical connectors and explain the differences between them. Even though there are a lot of different electrical connector styles (hook, spade, ring, butt, quick connect, etc.), they are almost all made of one of the four materials/configurations that are discussed in this video: vinyl, nylon, heat shrink and solder.

I like the heat shrink built in. saves time and looks clean. I also like that I can see my wire bottom out. With the blue ones, I've had many come apart because I thought I had the wire in right. Thanks for sharing.
