I visited Mount Pleasant a year ago and fell in love with the city. I love the little outdoor malls, it was so unique. However, the pricing for the homes are off the cuff very close to California prices that surprised me.

What neighborhood/community is it at the 11:00 mark? Looks really nice to be able to walk and drive next to the water, which seems uncommon in MP

You probably served me. Louie D use to play there every now and then. Granddaddy and my uncle owned and built the MtP Seafood, west side of Shem Creek. back in the days when it was all shrimpboats. I was in the Wando band. I was in the 1st full class of Wando, 9-12. As we talked before before the traffic problem was due to locals not wanting to grow properly. The fake uppity reputation is from the transplants that snub their nose at people, not the true locals, we can't stand them either.
