500g chicken thighs (skinned and deboned - you can also use chicken breasts)
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 medium onion
1 celery stalk
1 medium carrot
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp cajun spice
1/2 cup cream
3 tbsp milk
1 tbsp corn starch
Salt and black pepper to taste

1 egg yolk

Can u translate the temp and adjusted to Feinheit? This was the easiest and prettiest recipe I’ve seen? Also the other cooks made a hole in the top
