I'm not sure I follow the commentary around the first goal. First he says that the Kraken usually get out to terrible starts and make up for it late. Then the Kraken score and he says that they are up to their "early, usual start". Is he OK? Does he have any idea what he is talking about? Are the Kraken good or terrible at the beginning of games? I don't know, and he certainly doesn't either.

4 decades of mediocrity, I wish the Icelanders would be contracted from the league. Nothing but absolute manure on the ice for 40 years! Abysmal hockey

Malkin, Ledecky need to sell the Islanders. By retaining Lamoriello, they're saying to the fans, "we don't care about winning."
