I submitted most bills to my health insurance EXCEPT for dental ( damage in an accident to teeth ), and my dermatologist ( damage to skin/scars ) when health insurance would not pay....but it was still tough to get my own auto insurance to pay out of my Medpay.., I had 25000 Worth of Medpay and still had to pay out of my own pocket first and fight to get reimbursed FROM MY OWN MEDPAY. Ugh.

I was wondering if I should place a $3000 chiropractor lien against my Geico Medpay policy or just have it come out of my settlement proceeds. it sounds to me its the same thing. it seems to me that medpay is a "loan" that i pay premiums on? I don't think Id get it again unless they can't subrogate
