Kashmiri aloo dum ||dum aloo #shorts

Hello everyone we always struggle with lunch and dinner recipes at times, but their is always a comfort food and this recipe can be made in many ways kashmiri Aloo dum or call it just a simple aloo dum recipe which is one pot cooking with very simple ingredients easily available at home.
Ingredients:
5 to 8 small size potatoes
4 to 5 small size tomatoes
3 to 4 green chillies
1 inch shredded ginger
1 tps kashmiri red chillie powder
1 tps jeera powder
1 tps coriander powder
1 tps red chillie powder
1 tps hing
1/2 tps haldi powder
1 tps garam masala
1 tbs ginger /gota jeera paste together /green chillie paste
3 tbs curd
Handfull of fresh coriander leaves
1 tps cumin seeds for tampering
2 tbs Vegetable oil for cooking
Method :
1.Peel and clean the potatoes ,cut the top part of the tomatoes and clean it.
2.Take a pan add vegetable oil and tamper with gota jeera ,prick the whole potatoes so it gets cooked properly and carefully add the potatoes and tomatoes into the hot oil.
3.Keep the flame in low and roast the potatoes and tomato for a minute.
4.As the tomatoes starts to softens mash it with the help of masher carefully.
5.Now add salt to taste and the (ginger,gota jeera and green chillie paste according to your requirements),stir nicely then add the red chillie powder, haldi powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, hing,mix all the spices very well and keep stirring occasionally.
6.Once the spices leaves the raw smell then add the curd mix it nicely and add hot water to maintain the temperature of the cooking and let it cook for 15 minutes in a low flame until the potatoes get cooked thoroughly.
7.As the gravy starts to extract the oil add fresh coriander leaves garam masala,and shredded ginger and some slit green chillies and give it a soft mix and your aloo dum is ready to be served.
