10 min eggless single serve brookie 🎀

single serve eggless brookie made in an airfryer 🎀

1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
1 tbsp butter

- microwave for 30 seconds and mix till chocolate melts completely

1 tbsp powdered sugar (1/2 tbsp brown + 1/2 tbsp white)
3/4 tbsp milk
pinch of instant coffee
vanilla

- whisk really well, trying to get the sugar to dissolve completely while also incorporating air into the batter

2 1/2 tbsp all purpose flour
1/2 tsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp cornstarch
pinch of baking soda (1/16 tsp)

- sift in the dry ingredients and fold them in gently

1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
3 walnuts chopped

- fold it in

airfry: 175°C for 8-9 min
oven bake: 180°C for 11-13 min

flaky sea salt is not optional enjoy 🧚🏽‍♂️
