Your advice on checking measurements works the same for shoes too. Also, those black shoes you got, that material will is so stretchy, I find I need to size down one just so they fit right. If I get them true to size, they will be big on me.

Audrey, I can confirm that your shoe size will go down when you lose a significant amount of weight.
