My ex husband tried this. I was so hurt about our divorce and even questioned him why he wanted to end it. He didn’t care how he hurt me. Several years later he called me and apologized for the hurt he caused and wanted us to be friends. I politely declined because he had remarried. I guess he didn’t hear or didn’t think I was serious and proceeded to complain about his new wife. I stopped him immediately and told him to make it work with her and hung up. I blocked and deleted his number so quick. It been a minute now but he used to friend request me and I declined every time. Thank God he got a clue and left me alone.

I was with a guy for 6months not sexually just dating then out of the blue he says he doesn't really know me that we should just be friends get to know each other better. At first I thought it was because of some human nature reasons. When really he didn't believe in God. Because when he dmd me 2 weeks later trying to come back i told him what God was doing in my life. And he said that's not God that's you. I had that aha moment. And even though he was 6 ft. Fine and had money and spoiled me, no one can come in between me and my relationship with God. And I see why God didn't let it get that far when the first part of the break up hurt.
