It's so telling how scared Loki is here. He's not making any passive aggressive jokes at Mobius, he's realizing everything he's held dear is gone and he's entirely cornered. Mobius saying "Nowhere left to run" sounds a lot more like he's trying to tell Loki "Don't make this any worse for both of us" because it's his job to catch Loki but he can see the sadness in him and doesn't want to make him run scared anymore. It's genuinely so heartbreaking how Loki is just so accepting of it and Mobius spares him
